The following positions are currently available within AEL

Chief Executive

Salary
Salary is reviewed annually. Income tax is a flat-rate 20% in Alderney.

Contract Term
Renewable three year contract; subject to satisfactory review and confirmation after six months service.

Hours
Nominally a 36 hour week; but out-of-hours emergency/standby cover is to be provided out of normal working hours.

Defined Contribution Pension Scheme
6% of salary paid by employee, 10.4% paid by Company.
Death in Service Benefit

Annual Holiday
Six weeks plus National and Island holidays

Re-location costs
The Company will pay for reasonable removal costs of household contents and travel costs for family to settle in the Island.
